PLEASE DO NOT MAKE YOUR WAY TO OUR STORE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING “YOUR ORDER IS NOW READY FOR COLLECTION“ please add info@barnfarmplants.co.uk to your address book to ensure emails arrive safely. Please also check junk mail folders as emails can get marked as spam.
Click and Collect orders can be placed online for collection, between 24-48 hours. (during working hours Monday- Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm). Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store.
Click and Collect service operated in our store:
- Please make your way to the checkout in store with your confirmation email stating your order is ready to collect and your order reference number
- A team member will meet you and provide your order
- If you need help loading the order into your car, we will be happy to help, just ask
